The Power of Follow Up

Have you ever asked yourself the question, "if I followed up on my dreams and goals where would I be today?" You see, follow up is one of the most powerful systems we can use to accomplish our goals and although it sounds simple enough, it's one of the most challenging aspects of personal development.

Below, please find 6 follow up techniques that have changed my life and set me on the path to success:

1. Identification of what needs to be followed up on
2. A follow up system (steps to making it happen)
3. Implementation strategy (plotting follow up task in your schedule)
4. Accountability (how will you hold yourself accountable)
5. Measurement (keep a record of what you have followed up on)
6. Persistence (follow up is an on-going process. You must continue the system until you have accomplished the goal or you have an answer from the person you are following up with.)

Here's to your success

Thank you Dr. House-Bey for your comment. You hit a good point, "Then one day, you're in your mid life wondering where time went". You're so right! I look forward to connecting with you.

Follow up is very important. I think I am good for following up with people especially my the busy doctor's office that forgets to call me to let me know the results of my tests and examinations. People are really impressed that I follow up with them, because I guess so many people don't do this unless they are in business, sales, or some type of marketing.

Excellent point. This could actually be implemented in all areas of my life.
