On the Successful Woman Radio Show, we recently discussed how important focusing is to accomplish your goals. One of the reasons why women have a tendency to lack focus is because we are so use to handling multiple tasks, knocking out fires and holding multiple roles.

When you're trying to accomplish a goal handling to many things at once and keeping too many things locked in your mind works against you! So what's the solution? While there could be many solutions, I believe decluttering your mindset is at the top of the list.

To de-clutter your mindset means to simplify to break-down, to make easier, structured, organized. Oftentimes, businesswomen have so many things on their minds and want to put so many things into action, but it all gets overwhelming and nothing gets done!

* Adopting new beliefs about the process of accomplishing your goals
