Take Time to Joy Pamper Yourself!
Oftentimes, women have a tendency to be so busy that we forget to take time and appreciated the blessings in life. Many women have shared with me that they feel like they have no joy or experience a void often and are not sure where it is coming from.
Well, I believe that as women it is our responsibility to find "Joy Pamper" ourselves by taking time out each morning to do something that will bring a smile or that warm feeling to our hearts.
It can be as simple as listening to your favorite music, reading your favorite scripture, taking a bubble bath in the morning, walking in a beautiful or scenic park, calling someone and saying "I love you" etc.
Let's stop being so "busy being busy" that we forget to bring joy in our own lives!
JoyPamper(TM) yourself today!

I completely agree with you. I don't think we realize that always going and never taking a break can and will eventually burn us out. Right now I'm learning how to do that. How to just stop and relax and be in the moment. I've always started my morning with prayer, but now I'm taking the time to start each morning clearing my mind and just meditating. Meditating on God's goodness, then meditating on my goals and my strategies for this day. Doing this sets the tone for a great day and is definitely a must in the category of pampering because if your spirit is pampered and catered to, you might as well chop everything else up to a loss too.
