Are You in reverse or Going forward / Let it go and Grow from it

Good morning , This is the day that the lord has made go ahead and be glad in it. It is a beautiful day . The weather has changed , its a little nippy and I am feeling really good this morning .I am feeling blessed , restored just really geared up. I had an awesome weekend. I went home to (New Orleans) . It wasn't for leisure my son's parran 's first cousin died so I went with my sister to help . Friday and Saturday was pretty laid back, but Sunday was awesome . I went to my home church New kingdom missionary baptist church. My pastor began to preach a message entitled Let it go and grow from it . Now you know this little cliche is really hard to do but If you wanna live and not die I recommend you do it . As for me I know it's hard I' m experiencing somethings right now and it seemed I just could not let go of the hurt. Well my pastor hit some important points so here goes. This blog is dedicated to anyone who has been hurt , mistreated , broken , forgotten, been made to feel inadequate and unworthy. This is shout out to you , First of all it was meant to hurt you . Second , dont doubt yourself . Third, stop nursing the incident . What I mean is stop rehearsing the incident , keep the account of the hurt short , in other words choose to forget it . Fourth , forgive I know sometimes people can hurt you to you heart but forgive . I know it's hard but you must do it , because as long as you don't forgive them you'll remain in reverse . You give them power . They have moved on to hurt someone else and you still haven't regrouped. Last but certainly not least you need to give it God . Ask him to help you . You wont be able to do it without him . He wants to heal and restore you , and remember it may have been sent to destroy you but don't allow it to . My sister , My Brother get out of reverse and move forward . Let it go and Grow from it . We must learn the lesson ,because if we don't the lesson will be repeated again. This is a principle of life none of us are exempt , my prayer for all of us is that we learn the lesson and dont get stagnated but that we grow love you'll bye for now.
