Does Being A N%gg@ Brings Happiness
Ignorance is bliss huh? Maybe. Ignorance is the state or fact of being ignorant; lack of knowledge, learning, information, etc. Bliss is the supreme happiness; utter joy or contentment. So is it okay to say that being ignorant is to be happy? Someone had asked me tonight "what is the difference between a N%gg@ and a Black person"? I knew the answer but couldn't explain it. That dreadful word that has brought tears and bloodshed to my ancestors. It didnt have to to with being white or black it's just pure ignorance. Tonight I was being a N%gg@, by choice. I had stooped down to someones level that couldn't even hold a torch and try to compete with me. By me going through tons of stressful situations these past few months, I just kept things inside and let it slide. So tonight I wasn't having it. I wanted to scream I wanted to yell I wanted to be ignorant. After everything was said and done I was happy that I got it off my chest and the relief was a mind rush. SO in all actuality Ignorance is bliss in some type of shape form or fashion. Well that's if you want to look at it that way. I come to realize that sometimes we have to get a little negro (no matter what ethnicity) to get our point across but that is not the final answer. My definition of a black person is strength, power, royalty, determination, struggle and courage. SO I want to be that person, I am that person. I want to remain that person we all need to blossom and become that person. Our people always have been classified as ignorant and unruly and uneducated, and its some of our people that are so limited and the only way to get through to them is yelling cursing and acting ghetto. Don't get it twisted I can be ghetto and "hood" but we have to learn when and where to bring it and when and where to leave it. So back to the question at hand. Ignorance can have a blissful effect but remember the sky is the limit and if we stoop down too many levels below us we will end back where we were; at the bottom looking up. Why go back there when you made it this far? So stay humble and meek and mild and remember never to denigrate anyone. You never know who you might come across Food For Thought. Eat it, it's carb free (smile)
