Should charities be regulated

It just seems likes all the charities in the world are located in Africa and must involve black people other wise no one will donate to them. If we classed all charities as racist and to leave africa would it be better? We all know they are not even handing the money to the poor africans they are just using their images and destroying the tourist industry of Africa. They collect the funds and pocket it all up for themsleves. I find white people very patronizing they think they are some sort of saviour when they go to these african countries adopting a child and talking about how poor they are. Why is poverty such a crime? these people are still human but because of all the poverty in africa they are being exploited. Charities are a menace they lie they exaggerate they harm african economy they make poverty a disease and cash in on it.
