Actually that's a Youtuber named Mae that CURLS specially picked to announce the contest on Youtube.
Mae is indeed a a pretty young lady. And, I am very thankful to her for all of her efforts in making a video on Youtube announcing our new contest-CURLS "Best Twistout" Contest!
