First interview question

After your resume has broken through the clutter and you've successfully pased the phone screen, you are officially a candidate for the position.
Once you are in the interview, you must learn what is important to the interviewer. With this knowledge, you can insure that your responses meet their needs. A key question is a version of "Who is the ideal candidate and what will they have accomplished in the first X weeks/months/" The response to this question may vary among several persons in the same organization. Thus, it is critical to ask it of everyone.
