Hey dwain, good advise. How do you feel about the two and three page resume. I don't agree because it takes time to view them and most people, if they are interested will see ur resume as an introduction and will interview u if they want more. I have spoken to several hr reps a couple who are friends of mine in the company i work for. However a couple of my peers disagree. In these times with all the applicants out there i don't think that someone would want to spend all of that time reading ur biography.

Two pages are the maximum for a resume regardless of experience. The emphasis in this market is on the most recent 3-5 years.
