WE Fit "Fitness for the Inner Me"
One of the most important obstacles some women face when dealing with fitness and health is connecting the inner self with the outer self "body with spirit". Taking time to meditate, focus, and find balance is just as important as what you eat/drink or how you exercise.
Simply reading, praying, fasting, or setting aside time just to connect your body, mind, and spirit is very important. So let's get started right now...Stop whatever it is you are doing, put your pen or pencil down, turn the computer monitor off, and for a brief thirty seconds to a minute close your eyes and think positive thoughts . Relax, roll your shoulders, inhale then exhale, take a deep breath and release. Now open you eyes, do you feel a little relaxed and focused.
Try this at least 3-5 times a day and see what happens!!!I dare you.
