Ladies,

We nurture by nature, however that takes fuel, so why not get your fuel at the start of your day. Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. I challenge you to get up tomorrow morning and have breakfast at the start of your day and see if you don't feel better throughout your day!!!

Sample Breakfast

English Muffin (1/2)
Sliced Cheese (1/2)
Canned Peaches (1/2 cup)
Low-fat milk (3/4 cup)

This is just a sample!!! Have what you like, but make it a balanced breakfast!!
