Each year the IRS hold free seminars for small business that give business advise. Depending on the site you may have tax, business setup, legal obligations etc. It doesn't matter whether you are an author selling your first book or a small business with several employees there is something there for everyone. These workshops are given by professionals in tax and accounting. Feel free to look up your state and see if a workshop is near you. Be advised that the site is constantly updated so you may want to check it often.
