Catalyst is devoted to researching the dynamics that play into the retention and promotion of women in today's businesses. They have done a great series of african american women in accounting and finance and now have included law. As an accountant I read every one of the papers written for us and I have to admit most of it is what I already knew and went through but it felt good to know that we are at least starting a platform to discuss our issues in business. The next step will be to create meaningful and lasting solutions.
