Feeling Guilty for having some level of education~NOT

Well like so many other women and men today, I am among the unemployed for the first time in many years. I had an appointment today with my local workforce solutions department in the city. I go, I sit down and what is the first thing I hear?? " Based on your education, I'm not sure if I can really offer you any help." WOW~ guess, I should call my mom and yell at her for stressing the importance of school( actually, she stressed going and graduating..lol, love you mom). Part of me wanted to remind her that the word unemployment in general doesn't discriminate and during a recession its truly a different kind of beast. So just thought I would vent a little while I decide which course in Project Management Certification I am going to take (of course that's if I can pass the written, comprehension and mathematics pre-qualifying tests...her words not mine) Although she did ask how a felt about being a medical office manager( im a bit a of a hypochondriac and not thinking that would be a good fit:>) Sometimes you just gotta laugh a little so your spirit won't break down.
