One woman's thoughts

I am new to the website and I am excited about the potential! I am always reading articles about how professional black women don't reach out to each other and instead undercut each others successes. I often wonder if I am truly the oddball ~ I've never measured my successes by another sisters failures (I always figured if I do good its by grace that I did and if i did not then I should tighten up my game!)
So here is my question for today ~ When is social networking deemed a success?

Social Networking is a success when you meet strong women going places. This is truly a wonderful site. The key is to uplift another sister with words or a job.

I think Social Networking is a success when we left each other up, cheer each other on. When a sista is down, we should do our best to be there and left her up. We has a people are always putting each other down never picking each other up. The power of Life and Death, is in the tounge.
