ONE DAY AT A TIME

Yesterday, to my surprise, I received an email from an administrator on campus saying that I made the Dean's List! All I could do was gasp because I was in awe! I didn't expect that at all. I knew I had received good grades last semester, but I never would have thought that I'd be on anybody's list. I am extremely proud of myself, and by that happening it really lifted my spirits. I had been feeling a little down lately, so that last thing I expected was that huge honor. But I'm not letting it get to my head too much. Yes, I am beyond happy and proud, but I still have much more to do. This accomplishment is part of my journey to success. I thank God for his blessings, and I continuously ask him to keep blessing me, my family, friends, everyone! I'm glad I am feeling better about myself. I'm taking it one day at a time.
