I made it, I made it, I made it, Praise God! (1592 hits)
As M. Sapp puts it:
"Never could have made it without you. I'm strong, I'm wiser, I'm better. When I look back on all I've gone through I can see that you were the one I held on to. Now I see how you were there for me. I never could have made it without you. I made it through my storm and my test, because you were there to carry me through."
Ain't it the truth. I need to testify. Lord, I never would have made it without you. Thank you lord, thank you. You bought me through. God is good.
I have been listening to Mr. Sapp's song all morning. For some reason, my heart is heavy this morning. I thank God for another morning. I know of two funerals this week. One is a family member the other was like family. Like I said, my heart is heavy, but I know God is good and always right on time.
Keep praising the Lord, He is the only who will bring you through.

Vanest I am so sorry to hear of your loss, but just keep that song in your heart. Uplifting music lifts the soul during sad times of grief and sorrow. I know that the Lord will see you through my sister. Take care and remain blessed. Much love to you.

Hey there sistah friend. How are you holding up? It is amazing that the Lord used that song by Marvin Sapp to reach into the hearts and recollections of so many of his children. Sometimes we have to "go through" those heavy heart moments to get things relative to there level of importance back into perspective. When I first heard that song all I did was cry and praise the Lord for my own testimony. Thank you for being transparent enough to share a right now thank-you Lord for all He's done for you with all of us here at BlackWomenConnect. Stay strong in your praises, because there is Victory in your praise! Shalom, Lydia
