TEN COMMANDMENT FOR BEATING BUSYNESS IN YOUR DAILY LIFE (922 hits)

Thou Shalt:
Connect heart to heart with your family each day.
Let the Holy Spirt lead you.
Be fruitful and productive not busy.
Take rest seriously.
Use all your vacation time every year.
Commit some time off to some solely nonwork activities.
Have fun at least once a week, doing some thing or going some where that make you very happy.
Eat regularly, preferably with your family or a friend sitting down.
Exercise regularly or find a partner to walk with and have fun with each week.
Use technology to gain time, not to consume your time.
