In one of my blogs I spoke about Obama-presidency helping out with school loans..today at 7:00 a.m. there was Michelle Obama being asked by CNN what policy she would undertake..she answered none really that she .."brings to Obama the concerns of the people, in particular she said " I spoke with a woman who put herself through college and now cannot take care of her family because of the school loans" and that is exactly what I thought that he would address and he will, particularly the predatory style in which these loans are summarily given and the outrageous interest that acrues..Go Michelle!!
But WE as a BLACK FAMILY - MUST learn to live BELOW OUR MEANS and we will ALWAYS, ALWAYS make it through LIFE. Please learn to get out of DEBT, SAVE for that RAINY DAY because it will RAIN... Start out with a plan and STICK to it, the beginning will be HARD but when you pay OFF that first BILL; you feel like a MILLION DOLLARS.....I PROMISE!!!! Ms. Kim
