Black Butterfly

Woman of color don’t you know what you are.

You are a woman with wings take them and sore
to the highest of life’s expectations.

High in the sky like a butterfly, only with the boldest
deepest color of black does she paint the sky of life.

How did you get so beautiful? How did you get so fly?

I was molded with clay of onyx and shaped with the
wings of an angel.

I’m a sister of color I am a Black Butterfly.
