Sitting In the ER on a Sunday Afternoon (120 hits)
It is a beautiful day and my mother and I just came in from Church. She is 98 years of age and very active, even though she is Wheelchair bound. I prepared our meals as usual and decide to catch the bank before it closes at Walmart, when I receive a phone call from my husband who is up stairs asking me for my location. My answer to him was, I am down stairs about to go out of the door, and he says I need to go to ER. Now, I'm curious and anxious to find out what is the problem? He had fallen and hurt his shoulder and we do not know what else. Okay, I get in a hurry and race him to ER to be checked out and xrayed. All of this time I'm being thankful that things are not worst. You see he is permanently disabled and 15 year Kidney Failure. He is my "hero". He is a fighter in spirit and will not give up. However, I think he should take it easy on the bike. Love You Ben, Esther
I am happy that everything turned out okay for your husband, what a blessing to have your mother with you 98 years young God is truly blessing you
