The saying "it's tight, but it's right!" is definitely apropos. My readers I hope you can see clearly that not all smoothies are alike. We must choose life and our destiny. No one else can do this for you. As a child, your parents or caretakers made decisions for you. But now that you are of age, you must decipher, analyse and make decisions for yourself. A little sugar is fine, but too much and too often can be deadly.
Why not make your own smoothie this evening for dessert. Yes, pass up the double fudge brownie and treat yourself to a real healthy dessert that will extend and not shorten your life. This is how you can love yourself and be a Winner at life!
