One of my favorite books to read : Go For No by Richard Fenton & Andrea Waltz They discuss the Failure Quotient and the Success Model. I found it very interesting and inspiring. It has helped to change my attitude toward my business and increase my productivity while working with my Nationwide Team. How much failure can a person endure on the road to success? Some successors: Abraham Lincoln, R.H. Macy, Harland Sanders, and many more are named in the book and we know of many in the black culture. This is just to get the ball rolling. Can you name one that you admire? My favorite will always be Harriet Tubman. Your turn?
I always think about all of the awful trials and tribulations Oprah endured as a child and young adult. But look at the overwhelming success she has achieved! Mind blowing to me. Another I admire is Chris Gardner who Will Smith played in The Pursuit of Happyness. He was living on the bottom of life but rose to the top - he's awesome!

Thanks Regina, "without a struggle there is no progress" Frederick Douglas am I correct? It is a divine principle; if we sow we must reap even if it takes a few overcomings before we succeed we will succeed if we do not quit do you agree? Thanks so much for your comments.
