Reach Your Walk Goal

WHAT: NAMI ANNUAL WALK-A-THON

WHEN: Saturday, May 20th, 2017

WHERE: West Shore Park, Baltimore Inner Harbor

TIME: Check-in: 9:00am; Walk Start Time: 10:00am

With just one week until the 15th annual NAMIWalks Maryland, here are tips to reach your fundraising goal:

•Sponsor Yourself
Kick-start your fundraising by first making a gift to your team.
•Reach Out By Email

You can send emails through the Walk website (https://www.namiwalks.org/index.cfm…) by selecting the "Messages" tab on your page. Choose from template messages to ask others to support your efforts. Personalize the message to let friends know why you're walking.

•Be Social!

Reach friends through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to ask for their help. Share a link to your team's page and be sure to use the hashtags #StigmaFree and #NAMIWalks.
•Invite Friends and Family to Join Your Team
There is no "I" in team! Reach out to friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers and ask them to be a part of your team!

•Workplace Giving

Check with your company or organization to see if they offer a matching gift program to increase the impact of your giving.
Thank you for your commitment to helping members of our community who are impacted by mental health conditions!
