An attorney for David Dao, the passenger dragged from his seat aboard a United flight on Sunday, said the incident will "probably" result in a lawsuit.
Thomas Demetrio, Dao's attorney, said at a Chicago news conference Thursday that "unreasonable force and violence" was used to remove Dao from the plane before it left O'Hare International Airport. Demetrio said both United and the city should be held responsible.
