Good Morning and happy Monday, BWC ladies, I hope that you all had a great weekend and are back to the workweek refreshed and ready to start this week's agenda:)
As I had mentioned last Thursday, I am about to start a new group on the BWC called "The Diamond League." Ladies, please believe that I have really been trying to put this vision into a position where it will become a reality and not just "wishful thinking." I've written it down on pieces of paper and give it a purpose, a backstory and asked questions to myself: 1. What exactly is "The Diamond League?" 2. What is its purpose? 3. Who will be a part of this group?
I'm pretty sure that there are more questions than this but I wanted to touch on the primary ones, the main ones.
1. What is "The Diamond League?" The Diamond League is a group of 25 business-minded women that want to or are interested in becoming entrepreneurs. This particular group of ladies know what they want and are ready to make the necessary steps to reach a personal goal of financial freedom.
2. What is the purpose of "The Diamond League'? The purpose of this group is to unify and come together to achieve a common goal which is to gain financial freedom and create personal wealth for ourselves and our families. Also, The Diamond League will be a community for these ladies to share ideas, stories, network as well as inspire, motivate and cultivate in helping each of us be the best we can be.
3. Who can join "The Diamond League"? The Diamond League will be open to anyone is ready and wants to learn how to pursue and achieve financial freedom and success as well as self-confidence, motivation and simply do well in all aspects of her life.
Diamonds are made from coal that are deeply embedded within the Earth's mantle the layer of Earth right before the inner and outer core of the Earth) which is extremely dark and hot (between 950 and 1,650 degrees Fahrenheit). The coal is transformed through the heat and pressure process that is presented when being brought close to the surface through the magma of volcanos. The magnificent ladies that have been through or are going through are those Diamonds that I am creating this group for. I am one of those ladies and I am searching for ladies that can relate somehow. I look at women like Iyanla Vanzant and Oprah Winfrey (just to name a couple) and I read their life stories on physical and emotional abuses, hardships they endured emotionally, spiritually and financially and see how they've overcame. Look at where these women are today! Oprah is a billion-dollar company owner with her very own network and magazine. Iyanla is doing good as a life coach, author and motivational speaker. If they can do it, why can't we do it? They are women just like we are and I strongly believe if they can pull themselves up and create the lives they want, we can as well with God's help and grace.
Also, I selected only 25 women to join me because I did some research and discovered that the number 25 actually means "grace." The number 20 means "redemption" and 5 means "grace"
So that's the Diamond League in a quick review. I am planning on starting this group today over in the "Groups" section.
