How many ways can we celebrate Thanksgiving this weekend? (3209 hits)
1. Get rid of the old and add something new..... Time to replace those Summer clothes with cozy sweaters. Donate the items that are best shared.
2. Create a meal. How fun it is to determine what to cook during the Holiday! gratitude. Don't forget those comfort drinks and tantalizing desserts. Empty those fridge contents and create!
3. Yaas, Exercise! There is nothing worse than being out of shape during the holidays. We have too many ripping and running to do, not to mention Glamour Shots! Ease into shape. Use commercials to get tight!
4. Detox That Body.... Pull out that cucumber water, Cinnamon and Vinegar; Marinate those toes and fingers in medical luxury...i.e. Castor Oil/Black Seed Oil. Sip on warm milk with garlic before bed. Refrain from vulgar media. Eat light.
5. Write a letter! We all need a little pick me up, and your card or letter is an effective way to lift.
6. Create decorations. A simple walk through the park will produce many decoration options. Pine cones, twigs, flowers and the like. Grab your shopping bag and pull out that wood glue!

8. Create a Play! Nobody can hate on entertainment. Yes remember we use to do this when we were youngins’. Make a short 2 page script. Gather your supporting cast and video tape it so we can salute you!
9. Love on yourself! "You pretty little thang you!""You sure are strong." “I'm so glad to make you feel loved and valuable.” Stuff yourself with positive affirmations! Talk it up!
