DOUBLE EXPLOSIONS TARGET PEACE RALLY IN TURKEY (929 hits)
A double explosion close to a train station in Ankara, Turkey caused major injuries and tragedies on October 10, 2015. New media earlier reported the explosion left some 30 people resulted fatal in death, however, many hospitalized have also perished including some of the 126 others suffering from injuries. The scene was one of attended demonstrations of peace makers. There was no immediate claim of responsibility of the attacks. According to the Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu the attacks were performed by suicide bombings. Local news from Turkey showed the peace demonstrators near the street of the train station chanting and dancing a traditional dance when a large explosion went off behind them. Chaos developed with fear and confusion. Investigations are undergoing.
