Wear as your fellowship a pattern to true worship and also love with sound words from The Spirit of God to be worn as your garments. Dress in the patterns of things which are from above with God.

Yes we have to say what God has already said over our lives rather than speak what the circumstances are. We have to put pressure on our words in order for them to line up with the word of God.
