My Trifling Nursing Agency Gone Make Me Act A Fool! (734 hits)
Help! I called last week to the useless agency I work from time to time to see if I could make some extra cash only to be passed around the office as if I was playing hot potatoe. I called for one thing and then got someone telling me what they wanted for me to work?! I was so angry because am I not a free woman that can determine what I need to be doing for Myself???
This cocky coordinator tried to twist my arm into working a private duty shift no other RN wanted because it pays less. I said no and that I called for a hospital shift, not private shift work.
So yesterday and today, I called and left a message for reception to have the Senior Recruiter that I've spoken with in the past to call me as well as I've left voice message on her mailbox. So why hasn't she called when I always return her calls within 1 -2 business days?! Could she be playing a game of dodge ball? I don't play games...she should ask somebody.
I'm of the opinion that nobody messes with my money... What of yawl?
Any suggestions on how I should handle this situation, because they gone make loose my kool!
Update: I received a call back and I was able to voice my grievance with the person about what her workers did to me. I am no longer going to be listed to do any private shift work but hospital work only. She's suppose to update the coordinators. Thank you Jesus!
