Pisces, the astrological sign of the Fish, is the 12th and final sign of the Western zodiac. Souls born between February 19 and March 19 are born under the zodiac sign or constellation of Pisces.
Pisces astrological statement is "I Believe!" or "I Imagine!" Pisces is the Believer!
Pisces is a "Water" sign. In the language of astrology, this means Pisceans, as Water signs, are people who are silent, mysterious types whose magic hypnotizes even the most determined realist. They have uncanny perceptions about people and are as rich as the oceans when it comes to feeling, emotion, or imagination. These creatures are very sensitive, mystical creatures with memories that go back beyond time. Pisceans have the potential for the depths of darkness or the heights of mysticism and art.
Like all Water signs, Pisceans, are very emotional creatures. They help finish projects started by others. They are very supportive and passive creatures. They have a strong desire to please and be accepted by others. Water signs live through their emotions, imaginations, and intuitions.
Mutable is one of three different modalities or qualities of the Zodiac with the other modalities or qualities being "Fixed" and "Mutable."
The "Mutable" signs include: Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces.
Pisces is also a feminine sign or polarity sign which mean Pisceans are passive and receptive. All feminine signs are this way.
Pisces element or triplicity or quality is "Water" meaning Pisces are again, very emotional, imaginative, intuitive, and mysterious just like the other "Water" signs of Cancer and Scorpio.
Water signs are typically emotional, imaginative, dreamy, idealistic, and romantic. More specifically, Pisceans are: sharing, cooperative, partner-oriented, refined, social, agreeable, easygoing, affable, gregarious, considerate, balanced, just, fair, harmonious, tactful, diplomatic, charming, impartial, aesthetic, artistic, pleasing, and well-proportioned. However, Pisceans are very dramatic and theatrical. Drama is a major theme of this sign.
Pisces corresponds to the 12th House of the Zodiac known as the Karma or Trouble House. This is often due to the fact that Pisces is the most spiritual sign of the Zodiac but has to deal with all the drama that comes from the other 11 zodiac signs because Pisces is the last of the signs, so Pisces is the filter. Pisces processes the drama from the other signs and as such usually will deal with a lot of issues and dramas in life dealing with relating to other people.

In medical astrology, Pisces governs the feet, toes, pituitary gland, and lymphatic system. They are prone to diseases and disorders of these body parts. Some of the diseases include: Gout, Pregnancy related diseases, Swollen feet, Acne, Swollen lymph nodes, Leukemia, skin allergies, Sleep apnea, Painful feet, Shoe sensitivities, Muscle weakness, Edema (swelling), Obesity, Weakened immune system, Overeating, Depression, Excessive s*x drive, Boils, and easy bruising.
They also respond well to gentle and diffusive holistic treatments that address the entire system, i.e. homeopathy, herbology, nutritives, reiki, foot reflexology, chakra balancing, hypnotherapy, etc.

"It is completely natural and healthful for natives of this sign to eschew hard labor and sleep late. Pisces need plenty of decompressions time." I concur with this as I was reared by a Pisces mother.
Dietary Considerations
Like Taurus the Bull, Pisces likes to indulge in luxury and enjoys eating.
The following foods, herbs and spices can be helpful in maintaining optimum health for Pisceans and any of the other signs that may suffer from these ailments.
Almonds In a nutshell, almonds are good for your heart. They are a nutritional powerhouse, packed with calcium, fiber, folic acid, magnesium, potassium, riboflavin and vitamin E. In some regions of the Middle East, the almond has come to symbolize beauty and revival. Almonds were mentioned in the Bible, and were among the earliest cultivated foods. Fishes will enjoy the almonds' crunchy texture, as well as a longer life span.
Artichokes Artichokes have been used for centuries for their medicinal properties. The Egyptians, Greeks and Romans all used it for its digestion properties. Artichoke should be called the "Pisces Vegetable", as it increases bile secretion, protects liver cells from toxins and protects against the negative effects of alcohol. A large artichoke provides 15 percent of the RDA for folate and vitamin C, 300 mg of potassium, about 2 grams of fiber, and is plentiful in calcium and iron as well.
Endive Genuine Endive is deeply rooted in Belgian history. These tangy, tender and delicious white vegetables were actually discovered there in 1830. Endive is closely related and sometimes confused with its cousin Chicory -- both are part of the Chichorium family. Endive is rich in many vitamins and minerals, especially folate and vitamin A & K. Being the most imaginative sign of the zodiac, Pisces enjoy the artistic shape and unusual flavor of endive, as well as the benefit of clearing congestions, a complaint from which Pisceans tend to suffer. So whether you are part of the fish family or otherwise, enjoy!!!
Leeks Leeks contain the active compound allicin. This phytonutrient has many health benefits, from significantly lowering cholesterol to helping prevent heart disease and stroke. It also enhances the immune system, and helps deactivate carcinogenic substances. Nero believed that leeks would improve his singing voice and the Welsh made leeks their nation's symbol, believing that the leeks they wore on their helmets to distinguish them from their enemies strengthened them and helped them win wars.
Salmon Salmon is not only high in protein, but also a rich source of vitamin A, the B-group vitamins and omega-3 oils. Pisces will love any dish with salmon, which is full of beneficial vitamins, because of the boundless nature of Pisces ruling planet, Neptune, the god of the sea. You don’t have to be a Pisces to gain the wide range of health benefits salmon has to offer including lower cholesterol, improved blood sugar and insulin levels, sharper mental functioning and many more.
Seaweed Seaweed is a primitive sea plant belonging to the algae family with origins dating back millions of years. Japanese nori has a sweet and delicate nutty taste. Seaweed is a rich source of iodine, an important nutrient that is particularly beneficial for this sign of the zodiac, and a necessity for a Fish's metabolism.
Sugarcane Pisces are partial to anything sweet, especially anything containing sugar. Tall tropical perennials hailing from Hawaii, packaged sugarcane stalks can now be purchased in some specialty stores. Though sweet, sugarcane contains only about one-fifth the amount of sugar found in most candies. Sugarcane juice has many medicinal properties. It strengthens the stomach, kidneys, heart, eyes, brain and s*x organs -- making this unique treat beneficial for all signs of zodiac.

Truth B. Told
Pisces and Scorpio, two water signs! That's good for balance. Two aspects of the same element. Your wife is the best person to work well with you in creative projects, and she's the person/mate most helpful to you in spiritual and matters. Simply put, you two are soulmates and will grow old together.
My husband and I are both Earth Signs (I am a Capricorn and he is a Virgo) and have very balancing qualities. So we not only compliment one another, but we balance one another which is very important. True Yin and Yang!
