That's where you'll find Chef Joseph JJ Johnson getting his swag on in the kitchen. The Master Chef has journeyed his way to making his unique style in cooking. The resturant is located in Harlem, New York and there inside The Cecil is taking swagger's taste straight forward in a required taste. Chef Joseph accredits his work with his grandmother who influence was with Carribean taste and recipes. He has gained popularity under his swagger's feet and continues to make those tasteful dishes incredible. Joseph hasn't had it all easy, but with strong-will and years of dedication he has made a breakthrough in the highlights of Black chefs. He continues to stay put, but his taste of swagger cuisine may have him moving on. Chef Joseph says he loves New York. So far it's where the chef is staying having a Swagger Dandy experience on the plates!
