Stress has been studied in many surveys to be the cause of poor health, and sleep deprivation. In addition, stress causes other conditions like depression and thoughts of suicide. Never leave out God's peace for meditation of the heart for your life. His peace returns the calm, releases worries, the stabilizes your health and good mental thinking.
