How can you restore your peace into today?
How you can remain optimistic despite the many things coming up against you?

Think on the opposite of what your mind seems to be bringing to your forefront. Think on the simplicity of just today. Sounds rather odd right?, but it works. Now you give it a try...
If today has been a stressful one and your mind is focusing on all the many tasks you still have to perform... Change Your Focus!

Think about the beautiful simplicity in today. Today sit and be reminded of the many vast gifts you possess.

1) You were awakened for today!
Did you know that's a Gift! Just know that many others weren't given the opportunity to see this date and time. That's a Gift!

2) Today you were given Grace, Love and Favor!

Whether you believe that or not, it's true. I'm sure we can all recall details in life where the worst outcome could have happened but... It didn't. That's Grace, Favor and Love.
What about the fact that we didn't awaken in a hospital bed?
That's Grace!
What about the fact that we don't require anything to breath on our own?
We just woke up and everything performed accurately. That's Love!

What about the fact that we had the privilege to enjoy our meals today? That's favor!
No sickness! - Love, Grace & Favor
Loved Ones still here for us! - Love, Grace & Favor
A family whether blood related or not! - Love, Grace & Favor
Have all our limbs & the mind and physical ability to work! - Love, Favor & Grace
Have two eyes that see & a mind to think! - Favor, Love & Grace
Today we woke up with no danger and no harm before us! - that's Grace, Favor & Love!


I'm sure as you meditate and think off this list, you will find many of your own to add unto it.... Think on these things the next time you feel stressed. The list can go on & on but just wanted to start you off.

Now go into the day and discover food for your own journey
