When did you last have a good laugh?

How long has it been?

Laughter breaks up the death grip of trying to hold onto joy and happiness.

Laughter helps you to release the illusion that life is so horrible, and to feel free and loved if for only a moment.

We are touching our true selves when we laugh and smile. The shackles of our fears and worry, momentarily drop away.

Dressing up for Halloween was a big thing in our house when the kids were little and lived at home. Those are the days when the empty-nest syndrome momentarily kicks in. (Read the entire post here: http://YourHappinessIsWithin.com
