In the lesser wetness, however cars and motorists were stranded with more a floatilla. Rescuers and firefighters help aid many motorists from drowning and drowning cars. The overnight rain dropped 4.7 inches of rain in 3 hours. That was just enough to flood traffic and homes. When the rains ceased, clean up began.
