Last weekend Walt and I attended my reunion for Los Angeles High School.
Old friends and familiar faces greeted one another with handshakes, smiles, hugs, back slaps and shrills, on a warm and unusually humid California evening.
While waiting in the cocktail area for the ball room doors to open, no doubt our minds were comparing aging, waist sizes, and the successes of our former classmates. Isn't that what people naturally do at high school reunions?
