In an effort to confine and treat the major outbreak of the Ebola virus Health Ministers meet in West Africa to concur a plan to treat those infected and secure the spread of the deadly Ebola virus. However, in many areas of West Africa people are actually running away from medical help. This also includes those who are possibly infected. The Health ministers there are trying to convince anyone carrying the virus that they are also put those not affected at health's risk by not coming forward to receive treatment. Many of the people flee hospital camps leaving them empty due to the fear of the deadly disease. Widespread of the Ebola have killed some 400 people including those who have administered help to the sick. This leaves a gripping fear over the people, but the Health Ministers are trying harder to educate the signs and the spread can be combatted if sick persons are confined and treated.
