Meeks, who was arrested this week on weapons and gang charges in Stockton, California, became an overnight viral sensation after local police shared a photo of the camera-friendly suspect on their Facebook page. As it turns out, the devilishly handsome 30-year-old man, who is married and has a son, has a long and very unappealing rap sheet, and a few average mugshots to go along with it.
