There was a person who came in with different stress issues involving family illness, running errands and lack of sleep. The recommendation was a required meditation time with God. The person was asked to turn off televisions, telephones including cell and take a restful meditation session to pick up God's Word with a verse and prayer for at least 15 minutes without distractions. The result a meditation time to allow God's peace enter, calm, instruct and give directions for the day. That person could very well be you. Have thought time with GOD..
