A subway train carrying at least 1,000 passengers were shook and tumbled in a derailment on Friday, May 2, 2014 during a commute from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Sources said that about 6 to 8 cars jumped track causing the accident. At least more than a dozen injuries were reported with four resulting in seriously injury. Some 15 others were helped on the scene with minor bruises and cuts. Cause of the derailment has not been determined and investigations are continual. Many passengers were frightened, but no case of fatality was reported. The derailed subway happened in the Woodside section of Queens.
