With visible troops lining and signing up for war duties, President Putin of Russia states plainly he will do whatever means to protect Russia and its citizens. With the high protests and ousting of the Kiev UK president only weeks ago, the new form of government did not have a probable expectation that Crimea would also make an uprising that feel they must be protected. Kiev officials are not seeking to go to any means of war, but some diplomatic measures are aimed at keeping peace with Moscow.
However, citizens of Kiev are willing to fight if necessary the large armies of Russia. As they continue to mourn their dead, President Obama has sent Secretary of State Kerry to visit Kiev. President Obama has also considered sanctions on Russia if necessary, but Putin insists he will do whatever necessary to protect with a large army. As many as 16,000 troops has arrived in Crimea in a short period of time, and military practices have taking place on recent schedules. In the meantime, talks are scheduled to develop understanding of Kiev's new independence which Putin has called a military coup of government.
