A LIGHT CONVERSATION OVER: COLDS, FLU AND BRRR....COLD WEATHER (891 hits)
It's cold outside, and temperatures freeze and chill many to the bones. However, when I met a young man outside in cold only dressed in a T-shirt and jeans I had to ask him was he crazy, or just loved cold weather? Of course, he wasn't crazy but he said that he wasn't worried about catching cold because he knew colds were only caused by viruses. I then began to see his reason for that, but not for wearing warm clothing. It is a FAQ if cold conditions can cause colds, flu or pneumonia even? Facts show from medical and clinical studies that colds and flu viruses spread more from surfaces and human to human contact rather than being out in the cold. Be advised too that frequent washing of your hands can decrease chances of catching colds, and too; thousands of people believe in taking the flu vaccines to help prevent intense flu symptoms. Well, dress lightly or with layers but it suggested most of all wash those hands more often during your day. And if you catch cold rest in bed and don't spread. I have keep this a light conversation --so stay warm and keep in good health.

@IRMA The ice did cause some power outages, but most are restored now, and the melting off the trees gone with the rain last night. Today it's rain, but if it gets colder we could see some sleet. Ice is dangerous, but most streets are clear. That young man, is rare I advised him to always were some warm clothing. I just think he was taking a quick dash outside. He said he has a coat...Ha!

It's okay, you call me Misreal. I do strive to practice truth. Onions? I don't remember her advice. Share it when you get a chance. I keep onions on hand, I like the flavor in my foods. And thanks. That temperature is "Bone Chilling Cold" No, we haven't had that kind of cold. I wouldn't go outside and I don't think that young man I talked about in this blog would either! :)

POOR THING WITH HE IS SAFE FROM ILLNESS IN THE COLD...HE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW THE NATURAL MEANS OF OUR BODY WORKS EVEN TO WHY WE HAVE 'CHILLS' WHEN WE ARE COLD AND HE COULD VERY WELL GET A STROKE OF HAVE A HEART ATTACK WITH THAT CLOSED MINDED THINKING WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO LEARN BEYOND WHAT HE IS WILLING TO ACCEPT...I AM SURE HE IS GETING LOTS OF ATTENTION THOUGH.LOL!!!(SMILE)
