A LIGHT CONVERSATION OVER: APPLES (707 hits)

If you're an apple lover, or not you've sure to have heard that old famous quote
"An apple a day will keep the doctor away!" I didn't grow into liking apples until I reached full adulthood. My parents would buy them every holiday season and around Christmas especially to stuff our candy and fruit stockings, but often I would eat the other fruits before the apple. After getting to like apples I find I do like its taste after all. I also discovered a few facts I didn't know about apples. .. They are good for you, sure but; eating apples can help lower your cholesterol, and new studies show apples can lower risks of colon and breast cancers, and even aid in lowering lung cancer as well. There's even more I discovered; apples can help those sufferers of Alzheimer's and loss of bone density. There are many variety of apples, but the health community insists the apple is a healthy food! Despite of the apple reputation's story as being the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge it appears some good has come forth. We know it's has many factors to maintain good health.

Oh it's light too; like this conversation should be. Light and Crisp!
CRUNCH!

Apples makes beautiful center peaces....
Have you had a apple lately?

Bubbles upside down .... QQQQQQ.......QQQQQQQQQQ!
looks like apples.

That's all folks!!!

Irma, apples are a favorite. I don't really have a liking to green ones though I'll eat them. I favor red apples over all.

And thanks for the off topic conversation too!! :)
