They're calling the flood "Apocalyptic"
At least 17 people were reported as perished in storm floods on the Mediterranean Island of Sardinia after a heavy rain storm drenched the area. The rainstorm downed bridges and swept cars away like lightweight toys. The stormy rains peaked at least 17 inches of rain in a 24 hour period served up a unbelievable wonder to observe. The rainy season is normally 17 for the whole year. High waters yet receding may take time and the death toll may increase as observation develops.
