Was Almighty God unjust to men in giving them the responsibility of the maintenance of a woman? How deep does the maintenance go and what does it even mean in 2013? Often, in couples who are arguing about money, why is it not money that's the problem, but that the money fights are a byproduct of relationship neglect? Why has money become a weapon in our marriages and relationships in 2013? Why do some spouses use their spouse’s spending habits as ammunition, bringing up his or her spending when it will hurt the most? And why are some spouse’s spending money to get even, even when he or she knows the spending is in excess of the couple's budget? Why do relationship dynamics and resentments often get played out with money? What does a husband do when he has the desire to maintain his wife but he doesn’t have the money? What should a wife’s attitude be in the marriage when her husband’s finances have been straightened and he has very little or no money coming in? What should a husband be willing to do in the home to compensate for his finances being down?
