The rockets blared off on a Russian morning as the cargo carried the 2014 Olympic torch into outer space. The torch will be carried as part of a space walk along with three astronauts of the International Space Station. This is the first time the torch has ever been in outer space. The 2014 Olympic torch is part also as a symbol of peace and unity. This 2014 Winter Olympic Games will be hosted by the country of Russia and this latest run of torch will take up to space to celebrate the occasion and the peace offering as well. The torch will pose no danger as being lighted, but the space walk around the space station is an exciting adventure for the united team of astronauts. The symbol will be returned back to earth on Monday, November 11, 2013 and continuing it's world journey in earth. The space craft was said to be flawless as all systems of liftoff went exceedingly well. The Olympic Games will be held in the city of Sochi, Russia.
