You're welcome! I'm learning that hormones, in particular the s*x hormones are so very important for youthfulness and maintaining a smoother running body. I encourage all women over 35 to get their hormone FSH checked to check their reproductive status and the amounts of estrogen, progesterone, and yes...TESTOSTERONE levels and having HRT replacement in those that one is low in.
But not just any hormone replacement, but those that are biologically identical to our own body's production of hormones that are made from plants and vegetables like Yam.
