This was the "Question Of The Day" on a hip hop radio station. It went something like this:
"My husband and father of my 3 children and I have been married for 4 years. At a bad point in our relationship he cheated and the woman had twin boys and she already had a son. He spends time with his twin boys on the weekend; but, the last time when the twins were dropped off the mother dropped her 7 year old son with them and left. This is the second time she has done this without talking to us. My husband talked to her and she said the kids should be together. She also said the boys' father doesn't spend anytime with him and he needs a man in his life. I just think she is being very disrespectful by not even talking to us about it and I feel she is taking advantage of us."
Is the baby mama trying to take advantage of the situation or is she doing the right thing not separating the children?
I'm in support of children having as many adults as possible that care for them (or are a part of their lives). But in this situation I think she is taking advantage and just wants a free babysitter.
I don't know. I understand the other woman wanting a male role model in the boys life (because I didn't have my father in my life he passed away when I was very young) but she can't force that on them considering the entirety of things.
