One of the best times of a quiet and personal meditation is when it's raining. Raining reminds one of cleansing and renewal. Also of washing away worries and troubles and the anticipation of the storm follows hope of the sun.
God allows nature to give us rain as well as sunshine. We have storms of life, and sunny days of joy. With meditation with the rain our days of dark shadows can reveal light of God's love. Such elements of nature can become part of the exaltation of God's beautiful wonders we can enjoy with prayers of praises and faith. Foremost, we know that the rain waters the earth, as the meditation on the Lord is watered by His works and His Word to our spirit.
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health just as your soul prospers." 3 John 1
Give thoughts in meditation for He who makes the rain to fall gives comfort and joy in every element of all His creations. Meditate while it rains, and rejoice also.
Let the words of my mouth the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight O' Lord my strength and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14
